This interactive session explores how purposeful numeracy routines can build student confidence, strengthen mathematical thinking, and create positive classroom culture in Grades K–12. Participants will experience a variety of practical, low-prep routines that encourage communication, reasoning, flexibility in thinking, and student engagement while supporting diverse learners. The session will also examine the impact of math trauma and anxiety, highlighting how predictable and low-risk instructional structures can help students rebuild confidence and develop a healthier mathematical identity. Educators will leave with ready-to-use routines, implementation strategies, and ideas for embedding meaningful numeracy conversations into everyday classroom practice.
