About me
Sydney Munsterman (she/her) is a Grade 6 teacher with Elk Island Public Schools and a former Educational Technology Consultant with extensive experience supporting educators in the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning. She currently serves on the executive of the Education Technology Council of Alberta (ETCATA) and has worked closely with educators across Alberta to build confidence and capacity in educational technology, artificial intelligence, digital literacy, and computer science education. Sydney has participated in professional learning initiatives with the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (AMII) and regularly facilitates professional learning sessions at the school, division, and provincial levels. She has presented at multiple BTC conferences and has shared her expertise at numerous educational conferences across Alberta. Her presentations are known for being practical, classroom-focused, and immediately applicable, helping educators find meaningful ways to leverage technology to improve teaching and learning.
